PT Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional Tbk (BTPN) didirikan di Bandung pada 5 Februari 1958, yang awalnya bernama Bank Pegawai Pensiunan Militer (BAPEMIL) dengan status usaha sebagai badan perkumpulan yang menerima simpanan dan memberikan pinjaman kepada para anggotanya. Also responsible to implement and validate proposed actions resulting from Radio Network KPI Management
  • Perform routine network performance monitoring and review of radio network Key Performance Indicators (KPI) such as drop call, TCH Blocking, Handovers, and call setup success rate
  • Do database parameter settings analysis and creatively apply engineering principles to make appropriate database parameter changes/tuning, and even new feature implementation to maximize the network performance and quality in order to meet customer objectives and targets.
  • Having minimum 6 years experience in Telecommunications engineering, Design 2G/3G RF and performance
  • Able to translate customer or strategic business requirements into final detailed technical design.
  • Thorough knowledge of engineering best practices, capacity management, performance management, and network operations
  • Solid understanding of Network Optimization and Network Performance principles
  • Technical proficiency with wireless network infrastructure, knowledge of RF propagation, RF design fundamentals, antenna theory, and performance engineering systems and Model Tunning
  • Solid understanding of cellular technology, TDMA, GSM, GPRS/EDGE, and UMTS/HSDPA knowledge.
  • Familiar with NSN new technology, LTE, Multiradio, RU20, RG20 will be advantage
  • Able & Familiar with Dimensioning planning tools, Link budget and Planning tools, Traffic Planning, BSS Dimensioning, BSS Database and Network Feature

If you’re over 50 and currently looking for a job in this time of economic downturn, then you’ve probably already either experienced, or heard about, how difficult it is to even get an employer to look at your resume due to your age. It’s almost becoming a cliche – employers don’t seem to want to hire older workers.

Update your wardrobe so that you look fresh and current. Also, if you’ve been wearing the same hairstyle for ten or more years, it’s time to get something new. If you’re a guy who has a comb over, or is significantly balding, consider shaving your head clean for a more modern look.

This isn’t the time to be a wallflower or bitter about your circumstances. Remember, you’re constantly putting out energy to the universe. If your energy is negative, you’ll get back negative things.
